Aloha, I’m Kyle! 

Digital designer passionate about creating thoughtful, human-centered experiences. With a background in branding, creative strategy, and commercial interiors, I now focus on user experience and interaction design that blends storytelling with problem-solving.

I was born and raised in Hawai‘i, where I was taught to approach the world with aloha (compassion/love) and laulima (teamwork). I began my professional journey in New York City studying fashion merchandising with the goal of working in fashion. While working in commercial interiors, I collaborated on projects for clients like Apple and L’Oréal, learning to blend creativity with efficient, solution-driven thinking.

Over time, as I began to gain experience in different industries, I discovered a passion for the behind-the-scenes work, understanding the “why” behind creative decisions. That curiosity eventually led me to earn my Bachelor of Science in User Experience Design and currently earning my Master of Science in User Experience Engineering.

As an empath and a traveler, I’m passionate about solving problems in ways that make life easier, more inclusive, and more meaningful for people. I bring a global perspective and a human-first approach to everything I work on.
